Cancellations or reschedules done the DAY BEFORE the appointment will result in a fee of 50% of the booked service. Cancellations/reschedules/ or no shows done the DAY OF the appointment will result in a fee of 100% of the booked services. All initial PMU services will lose their deposit if their appointment is ever cancelled or rescheduled. To rebook they will have to place a new deposit. All perfection sessions and colorboost for PMU will have to pay a $50 fee if their appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 2 weeks of the appointment.
